If it was possible to give negative ratings I would. Joe the owner was impossible to work with, took forever to set the move up- at one point he didn't seem to have any idea what day it was, let alone when the move was being scheduled. The day of the move they were running 1.5 hours late after explicitly saying we needed to be available at 6pm, not later. I tried to speak with Joe about the situation and he suddenly decided that they weren't doing the move anymore and ignored all calls from us and his own employee. ...read more

I have been shopping all over Worcester for my bathroom renovation. I walked in Plywood plus, I felt like I was home. These gentlemen answered all my questions from bathroom titles to cabinets that would fit in my bathroom. They made sure that I was comfortable with all my ideas; they explained the good and the bad for what I wanted to do. I had a question on a product they did not know the answer; they stated to me that they will get the answer for me. They sure did, Sunday morning my phone rang and on the other end was the company rep to answer all my questions. The service I received was like no other. I went back to Plywood plus to order all my bathroom products and found that their prices for the products I wanted where cheaper than the larger stores.
