Very disappointed we used Mark Lee as a Guardian ad Litem. First, the report took almost 2 years, delayed our case way too long. Second, he was extremely lazy, didn't do his job at all. I'd like a refund. He wrote up a sloppy cut & paste report the first time, at points getting words wrong, like saying camp instead of court, of saying my husband's name was Andrew when it's not! Couldn't even get the name right! Then when we asked him & payed him good money to speak with the kids & investigate, he just took what the defendent said ONLY & couldn't remember what we had given him, pages & pages of documents. He could have looked through these documents to disprove what the defendent said, but apparently that was too much work for him. Now thanks to him, kids will be abused, son has had 12 detentions in the last 3 years, the kids walk a mile in the freezing cold regularly because their Mom refuses to drive them, but that's okay. It's not his kids! It's really a huge injustice, a lot of continuing pain in our lives due to this man. I wished he opened his eye, & actually did his research. Of course he didn't remember, it's been going on 2 year & because of him. Very lazy man, our kids lives may be ruined, because who knows what will happen now. It's been really bad. Hope he enjoys our money which was used for nothing. There is no justice. The kids pay...again. ...read more
