If I could give it 0 stars I would have. Joe Rizzo, doesn't know how to do basic plumbing. My sump pump broke down within 1 month of the install. Doesn't return calls or emails. Horrible after sales service. I have been trying to reach him for 2 months without any luck. Even after my repeated requests, Joe Rizzo has failed to given me any warranty or sales receipt for the sump pump. I have engaged plumbers in the past, but so far this has been my worst experience. The main local electric company utilities are looking for heating and air conditioning contractors to start testing air ducts. They are offering contractors rebates if the homeowners system passes certain tests. The rebate amounts cover the costs of the tests but only if the test passes. If the duct system does not pass the test, then the homeowner would have to pay for their duct systems to be improved in order for us to get paid.
