Wilson & Whitaker LLC

5.0

By John C.

I recommend Attorney Kevin Whitaker. PROS: Recommended by someone we trust, Kevin made probate easy. Everything went just as he said it would. He guaranteed a flat price or we could pay by the hour. CONS: Not cheap. Easy to reach by email, but could take a day to return a phone call (someone always answered the phone - he told us to have him paged for emergencies). I didn't like listing everything for the public to see. I'm doing a trust next so my personal information is protected after I die. OVERALL: I hate paying anyone for things like this. I was tempted to not use a lawyer and try it on my own. This would have been a mistake. While he's not cheap, I should also mention he saved us thousands of dollars that I would have paid if I had not followed his advice on the probate and real estate issue we had to deal with. Given the horror stories I've heard about other's experiences with probate, I'm glad I worked with Kevin Whitaker and you will too, email kevin@wilsonwhitaker.com ...read more
