I resigned my membership today after having had to deal with BSC with 4 different individuals over the same issue: they could not get their payment requests to my banks services properly all of the sudden (had worked perfectly for over 2 years), and they were now hitting me with fees. Today was the final straw, when the GM in Westborough refused to compensate me these charges. I drove in and canceled my membership but to add insult to injury, was charged the 30 days cancellation period.
