I discovered this little hole in the wall shop right on route 20 on my way home from Best B** after getting bad news about my laptop. The Geeks Squad told me I needed a new computer. I saw the sign in the window at Plug-n-Play and thought to myself, "before tossing it maybe I will get a second opinion". I am sure glad I did. When I walked in it was obvious to me "this is a busy place" with lots of computers either getting fixed, waiting to be fixed or waiting to go home. Roger (the owner I found out after talking with him) was hunched over his repair bench in the middle of a repair, but stopped what he was doing to talk to me. He listened to my description of the symptoms , and I left the computer with him. I had a call the next day that it "was all set". It appears that a stick of memory had shorted out and that was enough to keep it from turning on. He replaced the stick, and for less than $100 I was back in business.
