picked out a piece of black galaxie with large gold spreckles- they installed a piece of black galaxie with viens all throughout and a cracked piece by my soap dispencer and small gold paid allot of money fr the worst job ever now chasing them to make good- everyother month the company turns over and new owners-- ...read more

Chose this company as it came highly recommended. Owner came out and measured for the countertop. I picked out the "free" sink that I wanted from a brochure for "Artisan" (which is a top notch stainless sink). They came to install the granite, it was cut totally wrong...the sink they promised me was not the sink I received, but at the time of installation it looked exactly like the one I ordered. Come to find out it was a no-name low grade (very easy to scratch) sink. When I called and questioned the owner, he said that was the sink I picked out. I asked why it didn't have the "emblem" like in the brochure and he said only the sinks in the showroom have that emblem on them. I called Artisan Sinks in New Jersey and they told me ALL their sinks have their trademark "emblem" on them. Owner said he would get us the sink as he's an honest business man....5 months later he won't take or return our calls. We are now pursuing a court case. ...read more
