Ok, it's been quite awhile since I've seen SUCH a BLATENT Rip Off of someone's hardworking dollars! H&R Block claims in their commercials, 'No Filing Fee!' LIE! I & my husband are VERY hard working, simple, humble people who work VERY HARD for a living. He works as a gas station attendant, part time, I work as a Elder Care Aide [35 hrs] He makes $8.50 an hr, I make $11.00 an hr. Our Federal Tax Return comes out to $283.00. Guess how much H&R Block charges for Fees? $178.00!! Bank Fees $32.95! Grand Total $210.95!!! That's $72.05 I'll be getting back from a a $283 Federal Refund!!I am so very, very DISGUSTED right now & utterly OUTRAGED! I THOUGHT it might be $40-45 at MOST! NOT over $200DOLLARS!! DON'T BELIEVE THESE PPL!! THEY ARE TO SUCK AS MUCH AS YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS AS THEY CAN!! A Linda Driscoll dfiled the papers & when she told me what she was charging..I almost FAINTED off my CHAIR right then & there!! I am now going to post this on Facebook & Myspace to warn EVERYONE!
