went to Mass Audiology - This office does not have licensed audiologist. Joanne Gillespie-Rapa is not a Board-certified audiologist. She is a "Hearing Consultant". She was was unable to demo the proper hearing aid for my hearing loss. I gave her time to consult with her resources, made an appointment 2 weeks later; When I showed up at my second meeting with Joanne, I was advised after I showed up that the audiologist was unable to accommodate my degree of hearing loss and refereed me to another audiologist. I had the same problem with Dr. Kanu Patel. I went to Dr. Kanu Patel to hopefully get some good medical help. I am disabled and have learned that Dr. Kanu Patel likes to cater to the wealthy. I am sure this is not the way it is done in India. I am not not sure why he came to MA. All patients should be treated equally. This is really APPALLING behavior and unprofessional. I certainly hope Dr. Kanu Patel does not teach his family this kind of behavior. I am sure he would not want to be treated this way or have any of his family treated this way. ...read more
