The wastewater drain pipe outside my basement door plugged up over the weekend. This caused the water to back up into my basement and flood it to 6". I called Mark of Western Mass. Rooter. I first tried the main business number, but the answering machine message directed me to his cell phone. So I called the cell phone, which went straight to voicemail. I left a message Tuesday afternoon and Mark called me back midday Wednesday. He told me he certainly could help. He promised to stop by Friday morning. Friday morning came and went, followed by Friday afternoon. That evening I called Mark again. He said he was stuck at a job and would have reschedule for Saturday morning. Now Saturday morning came and went, as did the afternoon. That evening, I left a message saying I'd be home all day Sunday, but never received a response.
