Took my daughter for a trim. The stylist name was Kim. She cut my daughter's hair completely uneven to the point that it is almost an inch longer on the left side. Kim and I had a heated verbal exchange. Kim chased me out of the salon telling me she "wanted to take me outside." Yelled at me in front of a client as well as the entire food court, Kim is completely unprofessional as well as the entire salon being a joke. I took my complaint to the manager, Melaine Micheli, who basically defended Kim and her "stellar rep" She also stated that she is owner, which I found that she is not and have made a complaint to the owner, Gianfranco Santinello. Please don't make the same mistake I did! You will not have any resolution even when they make a serious mistake. I am out the money for the hair cut as well as having to have my daughter's hair fixed. I have also placed a complaint with BBB (which they have no record for this business, go figure!!) ...read more
