I have never in my life felt so humiliated than i was at Farrell Volvo. Spent so much money to try and resolve a problem but more problems kept arising in the same vicinity they charged me an arm and a leg. When i called to complain first to the Service department, they told me the two issues were not related. So i call the General Manager, he would have cared less for what i had to say. Its ok to take peoples money..just do it with a courtesy and good customer service. As far as i am concerned they are a bunch of BULLIES and service manager had the audacity to tell me to find another shop. This dealership should be reevaluated by Volvo. There was not a courteous person in the place. The service department is way below average too. It took me two trips out for a simple fix. They also claim to provide loaner cars yet charge your personal credit card for a Hertz rental! Stay away or buy American!!! ...read more
