I had been a loyal customer since 1991. I'm a realtor & have many clients I had refered to Winslow. This July I called them to install a tub/shower& valve I supplied. Plumber who showed up said job would be 3hrs.max. 2 days, 14 hrs later and a $2000. bill my bath was completely replumbed?? Yet tub/shower still not working?? A superivisor stopped by the job, felt this was "in my best interest" to do and did it!! I DID NOT HIRE them to do this,DID NOT OK IT, NOR WAS TOLD ABOUT IT PRIOR TO BEING DONE. I have been battling with them over the bill since. I have repeatedly asked for an ITEMIZED invoice for the orig.job order. Still haven't seen it. Needless to say after 19yrs of beinging a loyal customer we are now DIVORCED!! Future customers BEWARE!!! I had EF Winslow install rwo water heaters and both needed servicing within the first two years of instalation. One was within the first year and there was no cost. The second one they wanted $109 dollars to come out and find the problem. I am not happy with their service. I would not recomend using them ...read more
