Linwood hires then fires competent excavators to cheat them out of the remainder of their contract prices. Ask Nogueira how many EXCAVATORS THEY HAVE USED IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS? Nogueira lies, cheats & steals money out of pockets of hard working people they hire & then makes false claims about their competency so he doesn't have to fulfill the contract price. He promises work if they'll finish projects left by others as long as they take less money since he has more work available. Then finds fault not to pay them for finished work approved & signed off by the site GC. ...since Nogueira claims he fired the GC too. DO YOU WANT SOMEONE WHO CHEATS WORKING CLASS PEOPLE OUT OF FOOD & BILL MONEY TO USE THEIR NAME ON YOUR PROJECT? How low can they get in this already bad economy? Great service from Shane over at Benoit. Very knowledgable of Cambridge/Somerville realestate and knows all the ins and outs associated with the purchase process. His network of real estate contractors is a great plus too. After I purchased through Benoit, I was able to get multiple reccomedations from Shane on people who could help with the various projects around the house.
