I am a very organized person and like a place for everything. Closet Solutions was recommended by my contractor (a very discerning one at that) who has used him for many jobs. Steve was very pleasant, took the time to understand how we needed each closet to function and designed wonderful solutions for all our storage needs (pantry, coats, bedrooms, linen etc). He answered all my questions patiently. The products were installed on time and to our utmost satisfaction. Although I did have fun shopping in the Cambirdge Showroom, the salespeople were utterly useless. One said that a particular sofa was on sale, while the other one said that it wasn't. I asked to speak to a manager, and none was on the premesis. Then after all the confusion about price, the sofa wasn't in the warehouse when we arrived. The manager at the warehouse wouldn't consider a discount for our trouble, and was quite rude. Unfortunately, the experience was less than acceptable.
