Although I did have fun shopping in the Cambirdge Showroom, the salespeople were utterly useless. One said that a particular sofa was on sale, while the other one said that it wasn't. I asked to speak to a manager, and none was on the premesis. Then after all the confusion about price, the sofa wasn't in the warehouse when we arrived. The manager at the warehouse wouldn't consider a discount for our trouble, and was quite rude. Unfortunately, the experience was less than acceptable. I bought a couch 2 years ago and I still love it. It makes my apartment look great and still has that sleek look.
