Do NOT use the "Repair Palace" at the Square One Mall in Saugus!! I dropped off my ring to have a small diamond replaced a few weeks ago. I was charged $60.00 for the repair. Within 12 hours of picking it up I noticed the diamond missing again. I brought it back and was told they "would make it right". After more than a week I got a call saying the ring was ready but when I got there to pick it up was told there would be an additional $40.00 charge because the jeweler had to "repair all the other prongs". Whaaat???? First of all, they didn't call me to see if I was willing to spend additional $$ and second of all - what jeweler doesn't check all of the prongs when repairing a ring? After arguing with them for five minutes I reluctantly agreed to pay an additional $20.00 but I made it clear to them that they have not only lost a customer but probably will lose more customers by the time I finish spreading the word about them. Adding insult to injury I notice the replaced diamond is much smaller than all the other diamonds in the ring. What a bunch of blowers!!!! ...read more

Honestly the first time I came here I was kind of skeptical about this place because 1, it is in the mall. 2. only $20 for a piercing. I asked the owner why it was so cheap. He told me he owns a bunch of different stores but since he does the piercings himself he doesn't have to pay somebody else. He explained the whole procedure and aftercare with a lot of knowledge. I could tell this was somebody with experience. This is where I go to get all my piercings now. I wouldn't tell anyone to go anywhere else. Highly recommended. Clean and professional! ...read more
