I would not recommend this hall for rental. The manager and the bartender were rude! When I complained to the manager about the service of the bartender he was rude and acted like I was bothering him and told me he couldn't do anything about it, because he was just the function manager. The bartender kept leaving his post, yelled at his customers and the drinks he made were HORRIBLE! They told me there was a fully functioning kitchen that could be used and it was disgusting with mold & electrical problems. There is no handicap access to the lower function hall. My friend and I threw a party here on NYE and had the worst bartender imaginable. She wouldn't serve people drinks after 10pm, she denied that they accept credit cards (when there was a working credit card machine upstairs). She invited her friends and then asked MY guests to move from one end of the bar so that she could have her guests sit there. She kicked us out before our contracted time. I called and complained, said I should be entitled to a refund for her services. They said they would bring it up at the Board meeting, and I would receive a phone call when a decision was reached. Having never hearing back from anyone, I called today and was told we would not be receiving any money back for her services, but they assured us that she had been fired. I asked who I could further discuss this with, and I was told to come to a Board of Directors meeting, but there was no number to reach them at directly, nor was there a meeting schedule.
