Had problem with slow PC. First they said they would check the computer out for 30 bucks and call me the next day. No phone call for 3 days, so I called them. Then they said it was virus related and I would need to have my system reinstalled ... for almost a hundred bucks. I keep all my antivirus up to date so I know this was NOT the problem. I took my computer back and had a friend look at it who said all I needed was a simple memory configuration adjustment. He took care of it in 10 minutes. Not going to these guys again. ...read more
