Owner managed, well maintained storage facility with central location for principal North shore communities. Storage rates are discounted for Penske customers. This is not a Penske depot, but move stuff here thru Penske and you can leave it at Simply S S; Penske will show up later and take the truck away. What could be better than that if you need to rent a truck. Owners are very helpful and, I believe, have your best interest at heart. Friendly and cooperative. When you are ready to leave, you just remove the lock, be sure unit is totally empty, and the daily billing ends the next day when managers do the daily walk thru to see who has cleared out. Add'l plus, high overhead allowed for more storage in my unit than other places I looked. More value for the $$ with high overhead. I highly recommend this storage facility. ...read more

I was in the market for a custom 40 by 8 container with 8 roll up doors and theys guys where able to do it for with a great attide and price very firendly people and more then happy to show you around on a tour they even brought me in ther grage where they build them ...read more
