Newton Flood Force impressed me with their 24 Hour emergency flood cleanup service when they showed up fast at 6 AM with 3 techs ready to go. Without them my house would have been ruined when the toilet let loose overnight and flooded the house. We had wet walls, wet carpets and wet ceilings and they used some high power fans for drying. In short, I wish I had read some of these reviews before I kept my appointment with Newton Wellesley Psych, where I had been referred by my PCP for anxiety. Mary Coakley was ignorant, condescending, flippant, and made me extremely self-conscious/uncomfortable for the duration of my visit. She ignored or belittled concerns that I brought up, especially regarding prescribing me daily medication (she said it was necessary for anxiety treatment) and a note I requested for an "as-needed" leave of absence from work (not necessary, as the Lexapro she prescribed would eliminate all traces of anxiety). The description of the group does not match what is provided. For 200.00, you receive a purely mechanical approach. You will receive a prescription if needed that your primary care can do for you. There is no interest in providing follow-up so do not be fooled by beepers and 24 coverage. The person I saw could have been a robot. I chose to use Dr. Davidson as my plastic surgeon because my sister had done an extensive amount of research and chose him for her surgeon 5 years back. On 6/1/11, I had a mini-tummy tuck and lipo of my lower body (hips, thighs, buttocks, knees and "muffin top"). Dr. Davidson's bedside manner is second to none, and his post op visits are relaxed and informative. \t\n\t\nPreviously, I had to have a 5 "c-section" type surgeries, which resulted in a large lump hanging over the 9 inch incision site. Dr. Davidson gives realistic expectations and is conservative in his approach. He told me he could "improve" the look with an excision of the existing scars and a mini tuck. That was an UNDERSTATEMENT! I couldn't believe how flat my stomach was and how clean my new incision was. It far exceeded the expectations I had! I cannot stop looking at my stomach now! \t\n\t\nI also decided to have liposuction. I had lost 85 pounds 6 1/2 years ago, and put back on about 10 since then. Despite working out (elliptical, walking, karate 3x weekly), I had stubborn "saddle bags" and "muffin top" that I could not get rid of. Because I'm only 3 weeks post-op, I'm still swollen, but I can see a marked improvement already. My recovery has been slightly more challenging than most, I think, because I have very sensitive skin and bruise very easily. I think a typical liposuction patient bounces back much more quickly than I have, and I consider my recovery period to be abnormal. \t\n\t\nI recommend Dr. Davidson unequivocally, for his bedside manner, realistic expectations and wonderful post op results! ...read more

After deciding to get breast augmentation, I did a lot of research online to choose my doctor in the Boston area. After reading favorable reviews on Dr Davidson, I decided to make a consult appointment with his office. After my consult, I knew he was what I was looking for. The entire experience was great. He and his staff are very personable, helpful and compassionate. The surgery (my first ever) went better than I imagined. The care after surgery and recovery went even better. I am extremely happy with the results, and now wonder what took me so long to do it! I would recommend Dr Davidson to anyone (and already have). The entire experience was excellent. Like the headline says-Dr. Davidson is amazing! I had breast implants with a peri-areolar lift and they are beyond spectacular! Prior to this surgery I had never stepped foot into a plastic surgeons office and I wasn't sure what to expect. His entire staff is wonderful. It isn't easy to dislike a certain thing about your body and then have someone not only analyze what is wrong with it but, take photos as well. With that being said- at my initial consultaion Dr. Davidson was kind and made me feel very comfortable. He has a terrific bedside manner. I'm only 4 weeks post-op and already they look fabulous-my scars are barely noticeable. I had minimal bruising after surgery that dissipated completely after a few days and dispite using my upper body for my job, I was able to return to work after 2 weeks without any difficulty what so ever. My post-op care has been great. As for Newton-Wellesley hospital-best hospital experience I have ever had. I felt like I was in the best of hands from beginning to end. ...read more

I met with Mary Coakley and I thought she listened to me very well and had great recommendations. I haven't met with other psychiatrists so i have noone to compare her to but she's not as bad as people are making her out to be. You just have to listen to her and not argue because after all, she is the one with the M.D. and she knows what's best for your health. ...read more

Dr Davidson is simply terrific. Great demeanor and bedside manner, as well as outstanding skills with a scalpel. I had breast implants done, and the results are exceptional. His pre-surgery informational appointment was very thorough and helpful. Surgery was straightforward, the hospital (Newton-Wellesley) is very good. Post op care was excellent, and follow ups were very well handled. I was well taken care of, well instructed in proper care and exercises.
