Great work, great communications, great follow-through and great customer service. We needed to have a stone leveled that had been tipped by some decorative plantings which our family had made - entirely our fault. The stone was placed originally by Hancock, so we recontacted them to get it leveled out. They surveyed the problem and, instead of taking our money, coordinated with the Cemetary staff to do it free of charge. ...read more
