NWG Auto has been willing to listen to what I have to say, and they present me with alternatives for what is necessary to be done. They go the extra mile to find me reasonable alternatives to their original proposition. \t\n\t\nThey may tell me something can be done a certain way, and when I let them know that I don't really want to spend that much money on an old car, they will find alternative ways to fix it. They are very flexible.\t\n\t\nI have been using them for over 10 years. They do a good job at a competitive rate. They are not the cheapest game in town nor are they the most expensive game in town. I have gone into NWG Auto for oil changes and to get our tires done. We get our inspections done with them and just about everything else as well. We have 4 cars registered down there, and I don't go anywhere else. We have lived here for 14 years, and I have used them for pretty close to that long.\t\n\t\nTheir work is very good. They don't make you do anything for your vehicle that isn't necessary. They don't try to sell their customers extra things. I enjoy going down there. ...read more

A driver named NORM was speeding up on the right side of me, in a lane that ended where I was at currently. He was forced to drive in the break down lane then almost took me out when he started to forcefully merge into my lane. I was lucky enough to be able to switch to the next lane over so I didnt get hit. He did almost the exact same thing only one exit later when that right lane ended and he almost rear ended someone and then almost took me out again when he tried to switch lanes because he was going WAY TO FAST! I called the business which is area code 508.. mind you it doesn't say that on their trucks. When i finally got ahold of the company I was lied to and was told that NORM was the owner of the company, when in fact it is Joseph Greene per the BBB. The truck that NORM was driving also had someones toyota on the back of it. I would not suggest using this company if you value your car that may be getting towed. ...read more
