The store makes a habit of treating customers that have already bought stuff badly. Took my engagement ring here to get it sized and when I called to see what time it would be in they told me "we'll call you" and hung up the phone on me. When I called the day it was to come in to ask if it had indeed arrived as by 3 pm had not heard anything from them. They told me they were extremely busy and did not have time to check.
