They took the time to explain different options to us and did not try to steer us toward a particular make/model. Delivery included a demo and tutorial on how to use the machine, which was very helpful. First time using their service. I'll be back for years to come. My lawn tractor was repaired within 24 hours -- a pleasant surprise because they were quite busy -- and it now runs better than ever.
