Never, ever again will I do business with Community Credit Union of Lynn! Why? Because they charged me twice as much in interest on my car loan, than what they told me they were going to charge, when I first got for the loan. I asked them repeatedly to explain how they arrived at a different amount of interest charged every month, and I never got a clear answer. The bank employees I often talked to did not seem knowledgeable of how the interest charges were applied, and never did anything to fix the problem. I sent the two bank managers, in their two different branches, a registered letter each, asking to clarify the reason why they charged me so much interest, and until today I have no answer. I am completely dissatisfied with the level of service this bank provided me, therefore, I will NEVER do business with them again. One star! ...read more
