I totally agree with the previous reviewer. The dispatcher is so rude! I thought he was just using sarcasm to be funny, but it never works. Today was the final straw when he actually hung up on me. I've only recently have been taking the roadrunner. The drivers are very polite and helpful while I'm taking my 87yr.old mom to Dr.'s appt. The problem is making the appt. for the pickup. The gentleman (used loosely) always seems to be having a bad day as soon as you say "Good morning" This last time he asked me for her name and I gave it to him and he kept yelling "I need her name" I kept repeating it and I asked if he had his coffee yet, well must be a bad connecton he said. The bad connection isn't the phone. This person needs a phone etiquette course. I realize the fares are very low which is great for a fixed income and frequent Dr. visits and maybe he thinks we're on a lower social level then him. Last time I checked he works for the city that we pay the taxes for which makes me his boss! I hired a van from Harris Limo. to drive my ski/snbd. program to Nashoba Valley Ski Area every Friday for the past 6 weeks, and I have only good things to say about them. All of the drivers were prompt, courteous and helpful with loading and unloading our equipment. BEST OF ALL, I was offered an AFFORDABLE rate so that the ski program could take place this year.
