used to be very acommodating. now they won't give smaller portions, though I have had surgery and have a card from my dr that asks for my request of a half portion be acommodated. very disappointed. used to LOVE this place. also, always seem to forget the hot pepper in the shrimp rossin(sp)...has happened the past 4 times. i don't go nearly as often as i used to. oh well...... ...read more

I like going to Bertucci's in Longmeadow for lunch. Their pasta is amazing, and the salads and appetizers are delicious. I really don't care to go there for dinner, especially around the holidays! It has slow service, and you usually have at least a 15 minute wait around winter and spring breaks. I don't like the pizza. I, also, think it is burnt and dry. Not much moisture, but it does lack grease, which for me is a good quality. I don't recommend bertucci's for a holiday dinner, maybe try Papa Gino's or Peppa's in E. Longmeadow! ...read more
