We recently used Exceptional Limo for round trip ground transfers to Logan after receiving a recommendation from a friend. Every employee we encountered was friendly and professional from the moment we 1st called to reserve them to the minute the dropped us off on our return trip. We reserved our airport transfers by phone and had an email confirmation within 24 hours. We also received a call to my cell phone on the day before our vacation ended to confirm our pick up at the airport. I thought this was a great feature to help ease the stress of travel. I have used other limo companies for the same service and have been stranded at the airport due to miscommunication with the company, so I was extremely pleased with Exceptional because of this phone call.
