Salesmen were not knowledgable and sold me an appliance without a power plug. Had to jump through hoops to get one from them. The same dryer broke, I had them "fix" it. Service man told me to do something, so I did it. Three months later, it breaks again with smoke and everything. $450 repair quote from a different repair company because the Manny's guy gave bad advice. Then I called Manny's back and told him the story and he wouldn't help! So I had to call the appliance manufacturer and they were great to deal with and offered to pay for parts and labor and said that Manny's should take responsibility for their wrong-doing!
