After going to Dunn's a couple of times with non Honda questions, I could see that unless you bought your equipment there you would get no help. I bought a piece of equipment there at a cost of almost $3,000. A couple of months later I had a small problem with the unit. The owner told me to bring it back and they would look at it. So I am supposed to lug a 275 lb item back to the store. I figured he would say to me that if I was wrong in my assumption about the problem, I would have to pay for the pickup and delivery. The owner told me to bring it back and walked away. I heard similar stories from others after I made my purchase. Even though the owner is abrasive the manager is a very helpful and curtious person.
