I know many of you think you can represent yourself, but our price which is a fixed price, can win you many times what you have to win or lose at unemployment. You should realize that DUA people are looking for very specific words and explanations. My service to you, besides representing you at the hearing, is to prepare you for the hearing which is coming up, helping you know how to structure your explanation. I never encourage my clients to lie, you must tell the truth. I will help you understand what rule the hearing officer is trying to confirm or deny. You could take a few days and educate yourself about this, or spend a couple hours with me, and then go, escorted, into your hearing with the confidence that we have a plan.
