I was yelled at by the owner because HIS employee had given me previously faulty information and he refused to honor the stated price for a voucher I had purchased online. He admitted that the employee had made some incorrect assumptions, but rather than apologize or better, honor what I had been told, he yelled at me for five minutes about how wrong I was for expecting the originally quoted price. I tried hese folks because they were local. I used an on-line voucher that they were promoting for their auto detailing service. When I made the appointment I was told "Oh, there's an extra $30 charge" I reminded them that extra fees were nowhere on the voucher or the contract I agreed to. I made the appointment anyway and called Amazon Local who the voucher was sold through. the people at amazon were great, they told me the contract said nothing about extra charges, that they called the merchant and I should definitely NOT be charged ANY additional fees to redeem the voucher. Sure enough, I showed up for the appointment and they wanted the extra $30. I asked if they spoke to amazon & showed them the e-mail i got from Amazon confirming there should be no charge. They refused to service my vehicle. Thankfully, Amazon reimbursed me, but stay away from these scam artists. When I picked up car after the two hour detail, there were still bug guts and grease on the car. It looked like they just ran it through the car wash and called it a "Works" car detail.
