Well this will be a two part reviee. Bought a full snow tire package- tires and wheels. They can not be balanced as the wheels are universal and are not the same quality as the original manufacture. So they told me I would have to purchase new wheels from Hyundai. Cost another $300 or so over the $715 I have paid. I was too mad to discuss yesterday. I will talk to the manager and if needed the franchise owner to get this situation corrected. I will update this review after that. Hopefully they will stand behind what the sold me, at no time while I was buying the package did they say we can not balance the tires unless you spend another $300.
