Horrible place with nasty people!!!! I brought in my expensive Tahari pant suit for cleaning and was given back the wrong pants! Rather than trying to locate my pants or offer me some sort of compensation (I had other clothes I was picking up), I was basically told "too bad"....I will NEVER go there again and don't recommend the place to anyone! ...read more

I brought in two pair of black slacks, one to have the hem mended, the other to have shortened to the length of the first pair and the waistband stitching repaired. When I returned on the promised day to pick them up, they were not ready. I had told them I needed them on this specific day but failed to notice on the receipt that it said "after 4 pm" - would have been nice if they mentioned it. When I finally got them two days later, the hem repair was fine but the pair that was supposed to be shortened was not and the waistband repair was not done. Brought them back, nasty older Asian woman clerk could not have been less interested, claimed they did shorten them (then why are they still dragging on the floor and way longer than the other pair?) and snatched them away and said "you come back later" - I guess she plans to fix the waistband, but she can't fix the giant hole in the fabric she made with a safety pin to mark where the repair needed to be made.
