I can't say enough about how well my experience was at Platinum Collision. I actually walked out of the door and could not believe what had happened. Never in my life have I ever had a "positive" and "Enjoyable" experience in dealing with ANYTHING car related. Marco at platinum was the best service I have ever received and would HIGHLY recommend Platinum to anyone. A family member of mines works at another local Body Shop but still sent me to Marco. I have used Platinum Collision to repair my vehicle on 2 separate occasions after accidents, and I have been very impressed. The customer service is fantastic - friendly & professional. They even went out of their way to arrange for a rental car to be at the shop waiting for me when I dropped off my car. Their work is top-notch as well.
