Bill's a fine CPA, but don't ask him to look up old records of tax returns you might need, and if you needs to go into the archives, forget it. We needed an old 1090 and the secretary said it would take a few days, but they never did it. When we called, Bill told us he wouldn't waste him time and to just contact the IRS.
