The phone operator was not friendly and patient when I made an appointment. The office is beautiful, and facilities seem to be new (for that I don't mind giving 4~5 points). Wat was incredibly long (45 minutes) and no explanation or apologies until I inquired. The audiologist was very good (I don't mind giving her a high point). After I saw a audiologist, there was another long wait. I finally asked again how long the wait is, which seemed to annoy the receptionists tremendously. When I told them that I have another appointment afterwards, I was told that it usually takes 2 hours for a patient visit, which seems to me a quite long, considering most of the 2 hours are waiting. When I told them that it would be nice to know that ahead of time, I was told that they would have told me if I had asked. (Though I think 2 hour visit seems to be pretty long, so they should inform patients even without being asked.) In my opinion, they don't seem to consider themselves as a service provider. So overall, if you like a new facility, this is a good place, but you should not expect a friendly service and make sure to allocate 2 hours for your visit. ...read more
