I?ve been wanting to try Lester?s Roadside BBQ for quite some time. I finally was able to stop in the other day. My only regret is that I waited so long. The food was awesome. I wanted to try a few dishes so I had a combo platter with pulled pork, ribs, and Texas brisket. Plus mashed sweat potatoes and dirty rice and beans. Everything was great. The pork was tender and juicy and the ribs were like they should be, ?fall off the bone? good. The sauces available are good too. I also couldn?t resist some desert. My key lime pie was delicious and my friend?s apple crisp was great. Both are made fresh in house. I had an opportunity to talk with the owner, Doug. He?s a great guy who really cares about his BBQ. There is not a lot of good BBQ in New England. I wish there were more Lester?s around. ...read more
