I was former employee of Healthedge. Dislike They don't contribute in 401K. Time off: Time off is big pain. Dont think to take vacation more than a week. Office facility: Bring your own Cups/glass/Salt/spoons /Paper from your home. This thing they cant afford. They will give you tap water. Management always in Air. You never know whats going on in company. Do they really have client or not :(. All team are really in bad shape. They don't have good relationship. Some Leads and manager are really horrible. They get personal very often. Every team member is waiting to take some kind of past life's revenge. No Human Resource in company No policies. If you think that rule then that's new policy. No coordination through out company. Comapny can be shut down at any time. They will offer you shares but its no use. No External sites allowed to access. Work from home is not allowed so it may be big impact on some parents. ...read more
