Thanks so much to Chris for his excellent tutorial and general help with my computer. And a special thanks for the mini summary of the most important tutorial points which he wrote and posted on my computer.It is most helpful when my memory fails me. Carlton came out and immediately made us feel better in ensuring us we didn't do anything wrong to our pc and laptop, and that we did the right thing in calling... it was obvious our grandkids had been downloading some nasty viruses along with their video games.
