I had a frozen/broken water line. I called several plumbers and got answering machines. Then I called G & L Plumbing. The woman that answered the phone told me how to stop the water. She waited while I got this done, then told me that she would have someone there soon. Within 20 minutes she called me back, and the guy showed up 1/2 hour later. Sorry Greg, we cannot control the weather. The guys are working long hours taking care of no heat and frozen house calls. Record low temperatures are causing a nightmare for people, and we are doing the best that we can to get heat on, and get people water. I know that you do not care about the lady with no heat, or the other house that has water pouring through the ceiling... but we have to. We advised you call another plumber because our men are out straight. We cannot control the weather, and for that I apologize. But I will not apologize for having to prioritize emergency calls for people in desperate need. ...read more

I would like to thank G&L Plumbing for helping me out so quickly. My heat stopped working while I was at work, and pipes in the house froze. I have lived through this before and knew if I did not get this fixed right away, the problem would only get worse. I called, and they came...right away.
