Here in New England, we are fortunate to have a great supply of lobsters, shrimp, oysters, clams and more seafood from the nearby cold waters. We have found that the most common size for lobsters is about a pound and a quarter. We can always ask our providers for larger lobsters if you'd like to offer them to your guests.
