They really spell everything out for you right in the beginning so you know the process, and they keep you in the loop during everything so you're never worrying about what's going on. If you have any questions, they're super easy to get in touch with. Everyone I've delt with personally has been a pleasure. I recently finished my website project with Onpoint and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I've heard so many horror stories about web designers taking forever on projects and being more of a headache then a solution, so I was hesitant at first. I received an email pointing out everything wrong with my website and they were right about everything. I set up a phone appointment and after I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I'd be dealing with a marketer rather then a designer! My friends and family have not stopped complementing my new site and I'm thrilled! On Thursday I have a follow up appointment to create a marketing strategy and I can't wait to hear their ideas!
