I was camping here last year and thought the front desk was unfriendly, but this year they are downright rude. I headed over to the front desk and was approached by the manager who said, "We closed at 3, we have lives ya know!" As we'll as some other nasty things about my improper use of the exit, which was an honest mistake, but she made it pretty clear any idiot can read the signs and I better watch myself. This is unfortunate because this place seemed so nice so I was considering letting last years encounter go. Trying to get ahold of the owners so they can do some necessary personnel training. Great place, horribly rude manager! Western ma is so beautiful, going to find another place to enjoy the beauty of next fall ...read more
