I purchased a pre-owned vehicle 2 1/2 weeks ago. Picked it up and drove it home, and wouldn't start less than an hour after shutting it off. We let the sales guy know, and said we'd keep him posted as something wasn't right. Hard starting each time, we replaced the battery on our own dime. Last night after shutting for 10 mins, the car was dead. Had it towed to a local dealer. Contacted Diamond, and they said we'd have to tow it there, and we'd have to pay for the labor to fix it. They'd pick up the cost of the parts. A 2 week old car that has a seized motor starter is my issue? They were nice enough to comment that I had the battery replaced and couldn't be sure that wasn't the issue. $1000 dollars out of my pocket to fix the car. After a heated conversation they agreed if we paid to tow it 60+ miles to them they would fix it on their dime so we wouldn't blast them on social media. Never ever buy a used car from them. They do not stand behind their vehicles. Shady business at best. ...read more
