Had a brake job done on my 4 yr old Toyota truck in June 2010 @ Cypress M & N Coastline. After picking up truck, noticed severe squeaking. Called about problem & was told noise is normal. Days passed & noise continued, so called other brake shops & learned noise wasn't normal. Took truck to Los Alamitos M & N Coastline (Los Al) for diagnosis they said Cypress, M & N had improperly done brake job & they would repair it under brake warranty. Los Al redid front brakes & by mistake, they claim, replaced back brakes, which they charged me price of parts for. Severe squeaking continued so returned truck to Los Al, M & N Coastline again & they again worked on brakes. Severe squeaking still continued so returned to Los Al, M & N Coastline & Rod, manager became very rude & flat out refused warranty work unless we purchased $75 worth of parts! We refused, so Rod refused to work on brakes! Called Cypress, M & N Coastline & they refunded $ from original brake job. Screwed me & my brakes, BEWARE!
