isaybid has the best deals

I noticed many dealers are buying their jewelry from isaybid and reselling on craigslist for 10-20 times the amount. Check isaybid for quality jewelry for pennies on the dollar!

Go-to for beautiful pieces & exceptional service!

My fiance and I have been customers of LL Brown @ Embarcadero Center for over 5 years now, and couldn't speak more highly of our experience there. He usually stops by just before major events like birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries, etc. and comes out with something beautful that we both know I'll love and wear often, and for a long time. Over the years, we have come to know the owner, Ken Brown, who has been a huge help to us both on many occasions. Most recently, Ken Brown helped my fiance select an engagement ring that still leaves me speechless and that suits me perfectly, and he rushed (in one afternoon) the final order so that the ring could be ready for a very last minute trip to Mexico, where my fiance proposed; when we returned, he had the ring sized in less than 2 days. Most definitely recommend!!

Personal Attention and Value for Money

I discovered LL Brown Jewelers on one of my regular business trrips to SF from Minneapolis. I was and continue to be impressed by the variety of innovative pieces available in a small store. The owner-manager, Kenneth Brown, has spent plenty of time with me helping me to select just the right item for the occasion and for the person I'm buying the jewelry for. It is this experience that keeps me coming back, on almost every trip I make to the Bay area.\t\n\t\nI would not have taken the trouble to write a review if I hadn't seen the very negative comment that must have been posted for competitive, or some other disingenuous reason. Having known Ken for some years now, I submit that in order to elicit any negative or potentially rude comment from him, one would have to try really hard, get in his face aggressively, and then he might have some subtle response that a smart listener could recognize as retort to the provocation. Ken is a professional, and also a balanced guy with a great sense of humor. If the store weren't as good as it is, I would still recommend to people to go to meet Ken.

Great Jewelry at a Great Price!

My wife and I were shopping for a gift for our daughter and noticed this jewelry store and the clearance sale that they were having, so we decided to stop by and take a look. The first thing I remember was the way I was approached. I was warmly received and a nice welcome to L.L. Brown Jewelers by Brian Simpson. The tension and apprehension I had just vanished. Brian made us comfortable and was quite receptive to our needs and found us the perfect gift. We are so please with our purchase and would highly recommend this jewelry store to all our friends and family. Good luck Brian and thanks for all your help!

Ken Worked with us--so we got exactly what we wanted!

Ken is great. I bought my (now) husband's platinum wedding band at Brown's Jewelers, The turn around time was great, it came out just as we wanted it, and it was much less expensive than all the other jewelers we looked at in the city (a couple of places were more than double what he charged). \t\n\t\nAlso, my engagement ring was designed by a jeweler on the east coast that basically designed a setting too small or shallow for the depth of the ring so it was tearing up my finger (this was incredibly painful and frustrating for me and for my husband). Ken worked with me to alter the ring by soldering the engagement ring and my wedding band together so that the stone didn't tear up my skin... it doesn't bother me any more (I can wear it all the time) and it looks beautiful. You have no idea what a relief this was (is!). Thank you, Ken!

Better than the Best! Brian is Great!

I have been shopping and shopping, until I ran into L.L. Brown Jewelers in the San Francisco Centre? and Brian Simpson a diamond and fine jewelry designer. My wife and I have been to many places looking for that very special engagement ring and an expert who could explain to us how to make an informed decision regarding this purchase. Not only did Brian explain the quality of the diamonds we were going to buy, from the 4 C's to what size we should be looking at for price point advantage to what size would look the best on my beloved finger. Brian's expertise was by far the most valuable lesson I have had, not to mention his great sense of humor made our experience one that my wife and I will always remember. He is truly the best sales professional we have ever encountered. The staff at L.L. Brown will go to any length to provide excellence in customer service and the quality of professionalism can't be beat! I can honestly say, if you wish to be treated like close family...go see the Diamond expert, and our new friend, Brian Simpson.

Amazing people, great prices. anything custom made!

My boyfriend is a designer and had the perfect idea for my engagement ring, but of course no matter where we looked we were not able to find anything like it... Then one day we stumbled across LL Brown Jewelers in the Financial district, and thank goodness we did! As soon as Ken Brown, the owner, heard our sad story he fixed everything! It just so happened that he also owned the largest jewelery production and repair facility in northern california. In just a couple of minutes he helped Jake (my Boy ;)~) flesh out his idea, gave us a quote that fit in our budget and we were off. Just a little while later we had the exact ring that had been floating around in Jake's head! It's perfect and i love it! Now we go back for every present that we need for any of the women in our families! oh, and did i mention that they do watch batteries too? \t\nThanks again, Ken! The new store in the San Francisco centre looks amazing too! and so convienent!\t\n

The Best is the Best

My fiance and I shopped all the usual places for our engagement ring, Union Sq, the "wholesale marts centers", the internet, and suburban stores. L L Brown not only had the lowest price on the diamond and mounting they custom made our ring exactly to our specifications.\t\n\t\nKen Brown made us feel like part of the family and I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come...Thank you

small, expensive, and rude

How this store became #1 on the Best of San Francisco list is a mystery. LL Brown has knowledgable staff, but their service is less than friendly. Their jewelry selection is average in variety, though presumably high quality. They are located in very expensive real estate and their prices reflect this. For simple watch repairs, you will pay a small fortune. Look elsewhere. For fine jewelry, potential purchasers would be better off visiting the jewelers around Union Square, on Union Street or in the Jewelry Mart.
