We were not pleased with the way we were treated while in the store - seemingly arrogant, and wouldn't answer direct questions directly. But, we saw a product we liked. We questioned the salesperson (who we now believe is the owner) about the reversible fan blades, and pointed out to him on another fan the dark wood finish we desired. When we got home, both sides of the fan blades were finished in a solid gray. The picture on the box shows a wood grain finish. We had pointed out the wood grain finish we desired. We called, and were told we should have known the fan blades were a solid gray. We were assured he would see what he could do, and call us back. We have not received a call back.
