Looks good at first, but will leave you regretting your decision

Stay away. Maintenance is awful if you have a pet. They won't come in unless the pet is locked up. We would give them times when we would be home and they would show up completely different times and leave a note saying pets weren't locked up (we aren't caging up our dog all week in case they come by that day). Because of this it tooks months to fix things. Our DVR broke and then internet stopped working after being struck by lightning, and we were charge for 3 months because they couldn't figure out the issue until we finally just dropped it altogether and went with AT
